  • An order will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.

We reserve the right to cancel or modify an order in the event of a pricing error, incorrect product information, suspected fraud, payment failure, or product unavailability.

5. Orders and Cancellation

  • Submission of an order does not automatically guarantee acceptance.

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment and product-availability verification.

  • We reserve the right to accept, refuse, limit, or cancel an order at our discretion.

  • Customers must verify the product model, capacity, size, material, accuracy, quantity, and price before confirming an order.

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted before the product is dispatched.

  • Orders cannot normally be cancelled after dispatch.

  • Customized, calibrated, stamped, installed, or specially ordered products may not be eligible for cancellation.

If we cancel a prepaid order, the eligible amount will be refunded through the original payment method.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, product availability, order quantity, transport conditions, and courier or logistics services.

Ahmed Weighing Service will not be responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier or transport disruptions

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information

  • Customer unavailability

  • Weather conditions or natural events

  • Government restrictions

  • Public holidays

  • Events beyond our reasonable control

Customers must inspect the package at the time of delivery whenever possible. Any visible damage, missing item, or incorrect product should be reported promptly with supporting photographs or videos.

7. Returns, Replacements and Refunds

Returns or replacements may be considered when:

  • The wrong product was delivered.

  • The product was damaged during transit.

  • The product has a verified manufacturing defect.

  • An item included in the confirmed order is missing.

Customers must notify us within the period specified in our Return & Refund Policy and provide:

  • Product photographs

  • Packaging photographs

  • An unpacking video, where requested

  • A description of the issue

Products may not qualify for return or refund if:

  • They have been used, altered, damaged, improperly installed, or mishandled.

  • The original packaging, accessories, documents, or parts are missing.

  • The customer selected an incorrect capacity, size, model, accuracy, or specification.

  • The product was customized, calibrated, stamped, or specially ordered.

  • The reported issue results from normal wear, improper usage, overload, impact, moisture, unstable installation, or lack of maintenance.

Approved refunds will be processed according to our Return & Refund Policy.

8. Legal Metrology, Calibration and Stamping

Legal Metrology stamping, calibration, certification, and weight sets are included only when specifically mentioned in the applicable product description, quotation, or invoice.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Confirming whether Legal Metrology approval or stamping is required for their intended use.

  • Renewing applicable stamping or certification when required.

  • Using the equipment in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

  • Maintaining the scale properly to preserve measurement accuracy.

Calibration or stamping requirements may vary according to product type, usage, location, and applicable government regulations.

9. Warranty and Product Usage

Any warranty offered will be subject to the conditions stated on the invoice, warranty card, quotation, or product documentation.

Warranty coverage does not normally include damage resulting from:

  • Overloading

  • Accidental impact or physical damage

  • Water, moisture, fire, or electrical fluctuations

  • Unauthorized repair or modification

  • Improper installation

  • Misuse or negligent handling

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Use contrary to the product instructions
